At Nanni Jewelry we make high quality jewellery, through a 100% handmade process. Each piece is handmade, with a lot of attention, care and attention, without moulds or machines that reproduce any part of the process. One by one, step by step. This makes each piece of jewellery unique. We do not accept refunds or returns. But our commitment is that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, so we will make the necessary adjustments to make this happen. We also accept exchanges of one piece for another from our catalogue as long as it has not been used and is in perfect condition. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and will always stand behind it. If the piece ever needs to be repaired due to a defect in its structure, we will do so free of charge. If the repair is due to a broken gemstone or other part of the piece due to carelessness or misuse, we will repair it in the same way but the cost of the repair will be borne by the customer, as well as the shipping costs.

Our jewellery is made to last over time and we know that hand sizes change with age...that's why we offer you a free size change at any time. From the second change onwards the cost will be 50€.

The prices in our shop do not include taxes. These will be calculated and managed by the customs office and their amount will depend on the country to which the piece is being sent. They will be paid upon receipt of the order, along with the cost of customs clearance.
